When should I drink the Core Hydration Drinks?
Core Hydration Drinks are generally designed to be taken at any time of the day. You may find it particularly useful first thing in the morning upon waking or immediately post workout to replenish lost electrolytes.
When should I use Core Hydration Sachets?
Core Hydration Sachets can be used any time of the day.
We are generally more dehydrated upon waking, so you may find some benefit to consuming Core Hydration Sachets first thing in the morning.
We also suggest that you use Core Hydration Sachets 30 minutes before, during, or immediately after high intensity training to replace the fluids and electrolytes lost in sweat.
For maximum efficacy, we recommend that you mix one sachet with 500ml-1L/16-32OZ of water.
When should I use Race Hydration + Energy Sachets?
Race Hydration + Energy Sachets are designed for before intense training.
We therefore suggest that you use Race 500 30 minutes to 1 hour before high intensity training.
We are generally more dehydrated upon waking, so you may find some benefit to consuming Race Hydration + energy first thing in the morning.
For maximum efficacy, we recommend that you mix one sachet with 500ml-1L/16-32OZ of water.
When should I use Recover Hydration + Sleep Sachets?
Our Sleep Formula has been specifically developed to aid nighttime hydration, sleep and recovery.
We recommend consuming one sachet 60 minutes before bed for maximum efficacy.
Consuming large volumes of fluid prior to sleep is not recommended. So we suggest mixing one sachet with 300-350ml / 12 oz of water.
When should I use the Core Fuel Bar?
We recommend you take the Core Fuel Bar 30-60 minutes before training to fuel, during training to maintain energy and/or post workout to refuel.
