Core Hydration Drink - Cola

The Core Hydration Drink contains three key electrolytes: Sodium, Potassium and Magnesium, formulated to support hydration and electrolyte balance in the body.

Hydration with the Core Hydration Drink is more effective because it not only provides the water your body needs but also the essential electrolytes in a science-backed ratio to help maintain normal cellular water distribution, muscle contractions, and nerve signalling, unlike plain water that only addresses fluid intake without replenishing lost electrolytes. Electrolyte consumption is highly dependent on the individual. It is important to note that the Core Hydration Drink is meant to supplement your electrolyte intake;  it should not be your sole source of electrolytes. We recommend that you acquire most of your electrolytes from whole food sources, however you can supplement with 2 -3 cans per day, depending on your activity level. For any specific guidance on daily salt intake, you should consult your doctor.

Additionally, if you are pregnant or nursing, taking any prescription medications or have any pre-existing medical conditions, please consult a medical professional before consumption and use only as directed.

You can consume the Core Hydration Drink at any time of the day.

We are generally more dehydrated upon waking, so you may find some benefit to drinking it in the morning. We also suggest that you consume the electrolyte drink after high intensity training to compensate for lost water and electrolytes through sweat.
