"First time ever using a carb gel, really enjoyed the flavour - got a citrus taste from it No gut problems Great consistency No phlegm in throat after use Easy to open and get down Great product!"
With a 1:0.8 glucose-to-fructose ratio, the Core Gel delivers energy through two absorption pathways, allowing your body to process more carbohydrates per hour while reducing the risk of gut overload.
200mg sodium combined with potassium, calcium, and magnesium works to replace electrolytes lost in sweat, helping to maintain fluid balance, muscle contraction, and overall endurance capacity.
With 24g of fast-absorbing carbs in every sachet, the Core Gel provides a steady stream of fuel to power long sessions, prevent energy dips, and support high-intensity performance.
The carefully balanced carb ratio and clean formulation minimise bloating, cramping, and nausea, letting athletes take on more fuel without digestive discomfort during demanding training or racing.
An unflavored profile paired with a neutral texture makes the gel easy to consume repeatedly, reducing sensory fatigue over hours of exercise. This makes stacking up to 4 gels per hour possible.
For efforts under 60 minutes or lower intensity sessions, take 1 gel (per hour). For 60–90 minutes at high intensity, aim for 2–3 gels per hour. For races or sessions over 90 minutes, fuel with 3–4 gels per hour.
The Fuel Carb Gel uses a dual-fuel 1:0.8 glucose-to-fructose ratio for faster absorption and reduced GI discomfort. It also contains 200mg of sodium, as well as potassium, magnesium and calcium for hydration and optimised muscle function.
With dual carbs and electrolytes, Fuel Gel covers both energy and hydration; so with water, it’s all you need to fuel throughout your race.
No, it’s unflavored to prevent taste fatigue allowing easy use of multiple gels for sessions or race days.

"I feel amazing with it, I´m actually preparing for a non-profit race from here (Mexico City) to a town called Valle de Bravo, I´m running it solo, 135 kilometers in 16 hours, I felt great this week on my trainings with them, and I´m sure they will be a game changer for the race, thanks to you, Ross and all the team and brand you´ve assembled, hope you keep getting bigger and bigger. Cheers, Rubs and Jeanette"
"These are great for my stomach on long runs. The consistently feels smooth and I use them every 30mins on my long distance runs. 4 stars because the flavour can be chemically a little. Would like to see mild flavours added if possible one day. Nothing major just like a hint of flavour like watermelon or slight orange"
"So good I’m training for my first marathon in Honolulu, honestly the whole hydration have kept me in good energy and revival even with work shifts, I’m able to train and still have energy to go work."
"Easy to take during longer runs, flavour isn’t too sweet so can have multiple along the way. Sits very easy on the stomach so you don’t get a stitch or cramp up etc, will definitely be buying some more"
"Easily digestible, taste surprisingly good for plain gel No stomach issues Natural ingredients, what’s not to like"
"Best gels I’ve used for both marathon and half marathon distances and very easy on the stomach"
"Good taste and consistency, would definitely buy again"
"Gels are not overly sweet or sour. The packaging is wider than most but lay flat. Easy to open and empty easily as well."
"Used the gel a couple of times now on planned shorter runs. I find the taste a little too sweet, (hence 4 stars), consistency is a little thinner than previous gels I've used which is good as it's easier to take and it seems to do the job, provides good energy after around 20 minutes which is helpful. Basically a good product that does initial trial seems to do what I need. Haven't tried it on longer runs yet so don't have an opinion on gut reaction to multiple use."
