Electrolyte consumption is highly dependent on the individual. It is important to note that the Core Hydration Drink is meant to supplement your electrolyte intake; it should not be your sole source of electrolytes. We recommend that you acquire most of your electrolytes from whole food sources, however you can supplement with 2 -3 cans per day, depending on your activity level.
