CADENCE RUNNER'S PERFORMANCE STACK GIVEAWAY — OFFICIAL RULES Last updated: June 10, 2026

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID IN RHODE ISLAND AND WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

1. Sponsor This giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored and administered by Cadence Performance Inc., 180 Maiden Lane, New York, NY 10038 (the "Sponsor"). The Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or Walmart Inc. Walmart is a participating retail partner but is not an administrator of the Giveaway. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Giveaway must be directed to the Sponsor, not to Instagram, Meta, or Walmart.
2. Eligibility The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void in Rhode Island and where prohibited, taxed, or otherwise restricted by law. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, Walmart Inc., and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members of each such person, are not eligible to enter or win. By entering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. The Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any entrant who does not meet the requirements or who is found to have violated these Official Rules.
3. Entry Period The Giveaway begins on June 10, 2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) and ends on July 10, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible. The Sponsor's computer or designated platform is the official time-keeping device for the Giveaway.
4. How to Enter During the Entry Period, eligible entrants may enter using any of the methods below. There is a limit of four (4) entries per person per calendar day across all methods combined. All entry methods have an equal chance of being selected. Entrants must provide a valid name, email address, and other requested contact details so they can be notified if they win.

Method 1: Buy and Upload (purchase required). Purchase a can of Cadence at a physical Walmart store, then upload a clear image of your itemized purchase receipt at the Giveaway entry page. Each valid receipt upload counts as one (1) entry. The receipt must show a Cadence purchase made during the Entry Period. Online or non-Walmart purchases do not qualify for this method.

Method 2: Post and Tag (No Purchase Necessary). Post a photo to your Instagram Story showing a Cadence can in a Walmart store, tagging @cadence and @walmart, then upload a screenshot of your Story at the Giveaway entry page. Each valid screenshot counts as one (1) entry. 

5. Prizes Grand Prize (1 winner): The Runner's Performance Stack, consisting of: one (1) year's supply of Cadence cans; one (1) Cadence Mini Fridge and one (1) Cadence T-Shirt; one (1) Zwift indoor bike; one (1) one-year WHOOP membership; one (1) PFP Performance Mobility Pack; one (1) Hyperice Hypervolt; and one (1) $400 Adidas voucher. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the Grand Prize: $3,200 USD. Runner-Up Prizes (10 winners): One (1) case of Cadence cans each. ARV: $34 USD each. Total ARV of all prizes: $3,540 USD. A "year's supply" of Cadence cans means twelve (12) monthly deliveries of one (1) case each, fulfilled over twelve (12) consecutive months. The number of prizes is fixed; odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received across all entry methods. Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable, and no substitution, assignment, or cash equivalent is permitted, except that the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize (or prize component) of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable. The Sponsor is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or product availability of any third-party prize supplier. Third-party prizes are subject to the terms, conditions, and availability set by their respective providers. All prize details not specified in these Official Rules are determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.
6. Winner Selection and Notification Eleven (11) winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will take place during the week commencing July 13, 2026. The first eligible entry drawn will receive the Grand Prize, and the next ten (10) eligible entries drawn will each receive a Runner-Up Prize. Winners will be notified by email and/or telephone using the contact information provided at entry. If a selected winner cannot be contacted within five (5) business days of the first notification attempt, fails to respond, declines the prize, is found ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random from the remaining eligible entries, time permitting. The Sponsor is not responsible for entrants' incorrect or out-of-date contact information.
7. Taxes All federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of the respective winner. Because the value of the Grand Prize exceeds $600, the Grand Prize winner will be required to complete and return an IRS Form W-9 (or applicable tax documentation) before the prize is awarded, and an IRS Form 1099 will be issued for the value of the prize. Runner-Up Prizes fall below the $600 reporting threshold and do not require tax documentation. Failure to return required tax documentation within the time specified by the Sponsor may result in forfeiture of the prize.
8. General Conditions By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway, acting in violation of these Official Rules, or acting in a disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as permitted by applicable law. Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil law.
9. Publicity Release Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner's consent to the Sponsor's use of the winner's name, likeness, voice, photograph, city and state of residence, and entry materials for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes, in any media now known or hereafter developed, worldwide, without further notice, review, approval, or compensation.
10. Limitation of Liability and Release By entering, each entrant agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Sponsor, Walmart Inc., Instagram and Meta Platforms, Inc., prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any and all claims, liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. The Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) late, lost, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, or undelivered entries; (b) technical, hardware, software, network, telephone, or other failures of any kind; (c) errors in the administration of the Giveaway or processing of entries; or (d) any injury or damage to any person's computer or device related to or resulting from participation in the Giveaway. The Released Parties' total liability is limited to the actual value of the applicable prize.
11. Governing Law and Disputes These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes arising out of or relating to the Giveaway shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and each entrant waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.
12. Privacy Personal information collected from entrants is used to administer the Giveaway and is handled in accordance with the Sponsor's privacy policy, available on the Sponsor's website. By entering, entrants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information for purposes of administering the Giveaway.
13. Winners List To request the names of the winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to be received within sixty (60) days after the end of the Entry Period to: Cadence Performance Stack Giveaway – Winners List, Cadence Performance Inc., 180 Maiden Lane, New York, NY 10038.
