The Giveaway begins on May 25, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time and ends on June 25, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time. Winners will be selected on or around the week commencing June 29, 2026. Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Giveaway.

You can enter in two ways. You may submit up to 4 unique entries per day, regardless of method. No purchase is necessary.

Method 1: Buy & Upload (Purchase)
Buy any can of Cadence at a physical Walmart store during the Promotion Period. Use the store locator on this page to find your nearest location. Upload a clear photo of your receipt showing the qualifying purchase via the upload form on this page. Each valid receipt counts as one (1) entry.

Method 2: Post & Tag (No Purchase Necessary)
Visit a physical Walmart store during the Promotion Period and post a photo of yourself holding a can of Cadence to your Instagram Story. In the post, tag @cadence and @walmart. Upload a screenshot of the posted Story via the upload form on this page. Each valid screenshot counts as one (1) entry.

Both methods are weighted equally. Entries that do not meet the requirements in the Official Rules will be void.

Grand Prize (1 Winner):
A trip for one (1) to run the 2026 TCS New York City Marathon, consisting of:

• One (1) entry into the 2026 TCS New York City Marathon
• Round-trip economy airfare for one (1) from a major US airport nearest the Winner to a New York City-area airport
• Three (3) nights hotel accommodation in a standard room at a hotel selected by Sponsor in the New York City metropolitan area
• A Cadence product kit for training and race day

Runner-Up Prizes (3 Winners):
A 12-month supply of Cadence ready-to-drink cans, delivered as one case per month for twelve (12) consecutive months.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be substituted except by Sponsor (who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value).

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or around the week commencing June 29, 2026. Drawings will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated administrator.

Potential winners will be notified by email using the address provided at entry within seven (7) business days of the drawing. Each potential winner must respond to confirm acceptance within five (5) business days of the notification or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

Grand Prize and Runner-Up winners will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where lawful) Publicity Release before the prize is awarded. Failure to return signed documents within the time period specified by Sponsor will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Yes. All federal, state, and local taxes on any prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. For any prize with an ARV of $600 USD or more, the winner will be required to complete and return an IRS Form W-9 (or applicable form for non-employees) before the prize is awarded. Cadence will issue a Form 1099-MISC where required by law.
